Return & Refund Policy

RUKH does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Only unstitched items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase/delivery, provided the original receipt is presented. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and all tags must remain intact.

Items purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange or return requests due to change of mind will not be entertained.

Customers are requested to thoroughly check their items upon delivery, as RUKH will not be responsible for any damage reported later.
